Oil Service Agreements:
Free Service Agreement, when you sign up for Automatic Fuel Delivery, includes:

1. Receive 20 cents off the list price of each gallon of oil delivered this entire heating season when you sign a service agreement.
2. Emergency 24 hour service.
3. Unlimited service calls to your boiler and hot water appliance During Regular Business Hours.
4. Yearly Preventative Maintenance included (see maintenance page for details)
5. Home Energy LI will repair or replace standard parts on units up to two zones with oil burners up to 2 GPH.

Gas Service Agreement Includes:

1. Basic service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
2. Home Energy does not provide emergency gas service.
   IF YOU SMELL GAS, you MUST leave the building immediately and go to a safe location to call your gas supplier for emergency service.
3. Unlimited service calls to your boiler and hot water appliance During Regular Business Hours.
4. Yearly Preventative Maintenance included, (see maintenance page for details)
5. Repair and preventative service is included, parts are extra.
